Screen printing The most common form of commercial T-shirt Printing is screen Printing. In screen-printing, a design is separated into individual colors. Plastisol or water based inks are applied to the T shirt through mesh screens which limits the areas where ink is deposited. The Traditional & long lasting print ( permanent Print ) is the screen printing, wherein a Single colour or a CUT colour designs ( one colour doesn't overlap on the other ) are majorly done. Heat transfer vinyl - Single Colour Printing. in this Format of T-shirt Printing we use heat transfer vinyls ( Single Colour Only). These process is followed for less quantity using plotter cut vinyl that they can then heat press onto the garment. Transfer Printing - Multi Colour Printing. Transfer printing process is a process in which the design is first printed on to a flexible non textile substrate and later transferred to T Shirt at certain temperature. Sublimation Printing. - Multi Colour Printing. Sublimation is a process that uses heat to transfer dyes into fabric. We use a special paper that acts as a medium between the image and the clothing. sublimation is a print process which handle any number of colors and usually done on polyester / Nylon / Satin material.
